Fee Schedule

New Patient Package- New patient package (required for all new patients) $200.00 USD (This includes an initial 45-60 minute consultation, a follow-up 45-60 minute consultation, food lists, dietary recommendations, supplement plan, lifestyle modification suggestions, and access to the exclusive patient area of this website). It does NOT include the cost of lab-work.

The following fee schedule applies to all forms of contact: phone, online, or in-office. Mini-consults are not meant to take the place of a regular follow-up consult. They are designed to be a cost effective way to answer quick questions, or troubleshoot specific uncomplicated issues that arise following a full consult.

Mini-consults - Quick Question approximately 5 Minutes, $0.00 USD (this usually consists of questions about the existing treatment plan).
- 10-20 minute consult, $45.00 USD (additional fees may be required if this exceeds the scope of a mini-consult).
- 21-45 minute consult, $80.00 USD (additional fees may be required if this exceeds the scope of a mini-consult).

Standard Follow-up consult - 45-60 minute consult, $100.00 USD (nearly always requires you to submit additional forms to check treatment progress. Be sure to fill out and send in appropriate forms at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointments).

- Laboratory Fees, There is no markup on lab fees. They are paid by you to the lab directly. Occasionally you may have the option pay me directly for a lab test if doing so will entitle you to a lower price. I make every effort to minimize your expenses. - Miscellaneous time spent at your request conducting research, consulting other health professionals, or writing letters on your behalf, $35.00 USD per 15 minutes.
Note: There is no charge for research conducted on your behalf if you have not requested it. I frequently conduct peer-reviewed literature searches for the latest cutting edge treatment options for existing patients.
